Waterfront 3 Bedroom Cottage
Cottage #3 is located waterfront on Pike Bay and has 3 bedrooms of which one bedroom has the bathroom as an ensuite. Two bedrooms each have one double bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a double pull out couch in the living room. This cottage also comes with a propane BBQ, fire pit, picnic table, 3-piece bathroom, cooking utensils including dish soap, full size stove, full size fridge, TV and DVD player. We do require guests to bring their own bedding linens including pillows, bath towels and kitchen towels when renting a cottage.
This cottage safely accommodates up to 7 people maximum, with no exceptions.
Our cottage season runs from May 1st until Thanksgiving.
This cottage rents by the week Saturday to Saturday for July and August. During May, June, September and October it can be rented out by the week or for a minimum of two nights, except for on long weekends, which we require a three-night minimum booking. Check-in time is 3pm and check out is 11am.

Pet Policy
Cancellation Policy
Upon booking, a $210.00 + HST non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due which is the price of a one nights stay. If less than two weeks notice of cancelation is given prior to the first day of your stay, $60.00 per night (less the first night which is the non-refundable deposit) will be charged to your credit card. If less than 72 hours cancelation notice is given, the full price of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
